The Process
We offer our Beliefs and Skills for Domestic Peace program at a variety of locations in Chicago. Services conducted in Spanish are also offered. Regular group meeting times are offered throughout the week and vary, so call for our most current availabilities. This program is approved under the Protocol established for Partner Abuse Intervention Programs by the Illinois Department of Human Services. Illinois law and the Administrative Office for the Illinois Courts strongly recommend that courts in Illinois refer persons who are convicted of or plead guilty to domestic battery only to programs approved under this Protocol.
We believe in the right to quality services regardless of a person’s ability to pay. We provide subsidized fees to individuals who demonstrate need. If you want to make an appointment but are unsure how you will pay, call and ask about our sliding-scale fee schedule. For more information about the program or our fees please call 1-312-265-0206.
